Launched in 2016 as an initiative of Rönesans Holding and Rönesans Education Foundation, the Pusula Programme provides young graduates of undergraduate programmes the opportunity to gain mentorship and professional experience within Rönesans Holding. The programme aims to guide young graduates toward their future by providing suitable career opportunities after the completion of their studies.
Since its inception in 2016, 1.347 young graduates have taken their first steps into professional life through the Pusula Programme.
