Shape Your Future with “Pusula”!

“Pusula: The Beginning of the Future” is a program under Rönesans Holding that offers a professional work experience and guides new graduates in their transition from academic life to business life.
Launched in collaboration with Rönesans Holding and the Rönesans Education Foundation, the program is built on the belief that the future can only be designed through sustainability and with the participation of the youth who will live it. Pusula opens space for new ideas and makes the first job experience meaningful.

If you meet the following criteria, we are waiting for your application:

• Graduated from a university in Türkiye in 2024 or 2025

• Under 25 years of age

• Ready to gain professional work experience

• Have a good command of English

• Open to trying alternative solutions, eager to learn, and enjoy working as part of a team

Adana, Ankara, Antakya, Bursa, Elazığ, Gaziantep, Hatay, Istanbul (Asia), Istanbul (Europe), Izmir, Kahramanmaraş, Malatya, Mersin, Osmaniye, Samsun, Şanlıurfa, Yozgat.
