Qualifications We Are Looking For

Ronesans Holding is targeting to recruit a Data Center Planning Manager with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering,
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, preferably 10+ years, including at least 3 years in data center design, development, construction, or operations,
• Strong multidisciplinary technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, monitoring and control, and network connectivity systems, with the ability to actively contribute to detailed engineering and design discussions.
• Experience in data center infrastructure planning, design coordination, project development, or construction management.
• Good understanding of data center business models, industry standards, and emerging technologies, particularly colocation, hyperscale, and AI-ready infrastructure.
• Ability to evaluate infrastructure solutions from technical, financial, operational, and long-term investment perspectives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to travel as required.

What You Can Expect in This Role

• Coordinate data center investment planning and development activities, including feasibility assessments, site evaluation, infrastructure capacity planning, and expansion strategies.
• Develop data center investment concepts in line with market trends, customer requirements, emerging technologies, and long-term growth objectives.
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, critically evaluate engineering solutions, and ensure alignment with investment objectives, technical standards, and operational requirements.
• Oversee design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities from an investor's perspective.
• Evaluate infrastructure alternatives considering CAPEX, OPEX, reliability, scalability, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
• Proactively manage project schedules, budgets, key milestones, and technical risks, driving corrective actions and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Engage with potential customers and industry stakeholders to understand technical and capacity requirements relevant to investment decisions.
• Actively participate in and coordinate data center operational processes, ensuring infrastructure reliability, operational efficiency, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and long-term sustainability, while driving continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Prepare investment assessments, progress reports, risk evaluations, and recommendations to support management decisions.
