  What You’ll Do?

  • Monitoring project schedules and managing tender processes related to Electrical, I&C material procurement and subcontractor selection for all Rönesans Endüstri projects (Domestic/International),
  • Conducting e-tender processes using the procurement module,
  • Coordinating technical meetings with companies participating in tenders,
  • Managing the quotation and analysis processes required for subcontractor selection,
  • Following up on post-tender processes including contracts, guarantees, payments, and change orders,
  • Issuing and monitoring purchase orders,
  • Evaluating new unit price requests,
  • Supporting cost estimation and budget studies based on local market prices and conditions,
  • Preparing periodic activity reports.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electrical&Electronics Engineering,
• Having at least 8-10 years of experience in technical procurement or engineering roles within EPC, Energy or large-scale industrial facility projects,
• Proven experience in the procurement of Electrical and Instrumentation & Control (I&C) equipments including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, DCS, PLC, SCADA systems, field instrumentation, analyzers, cables, MCCs, VFDs, UPS systems, and related electrical and automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of commercial bid evaluation, vendor management, contract negotiation, expediting and logistics coordination.
• Ability to conduct market research on strategic materials and subcontractors and propose suitable alternatives,
• Strong persuasion and analytical thinking skills,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, experienced in procurement ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, rtc.,
• Advanced level of English (written, spoken, and verbal communication),
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,
• No travel restrictions.
